Saint Genevieve Catholic Church registered parishioners with second grade children, who have been baptized into the Catholic faith, will be eligible to register their child to receive the Sacraments of First Penance (Reconciliation) and First Holy Communion. Registration for these sacraments is required for all candidates. Please note that children enrolled in Catholic schools will not receive these sacraments at school or with their class. It is Diocesan policy that our Catholic school students receive these sacraments in the church parish in which their family is registered.
